# Terms of use

## 1\. Definitions and parties

These terms govern the use of the De Deshevshe for Business website, the B2B arm of the [de-deshevshe.com.ua](https://de-deshevshe.com.ua) service (“we”). A “user” is anyone visiting the website; a “client” is a company that has signed a contract with us and received access to the B2B cabinet.

## 2\. Use of the website

The website content is for information only and is not a public offer. Figures, brand names and prices in examples, cabinet screenshots and sample reports are illustrative.

## 3\. Cabinet access

Trial access to the cabinet is provided after the demo, permanent access after a contract is signed. Accounts and API keys are personal: the client is responsible for keeping login details safe and does not share them with third parties.

## 4\. Data and its limits

We collect data from public sources and check it for completeness and correctness. However, a chain’s online price can differ from the price tag in a particular store because of local promotions, price-tag timing or channel specifics, so we do not guarantee that every single value matches the shelf price exactly.

## 5\. Intellectual property

We own the rights to the website, the cabinet, reports, databases and analytical models. The client may use the data and exports it receives for its own internal purposes under the contract; resale or public distribution of the data requires our separate written consent.

## 6\. Liability

The client makes its own decisions based on the service’s data. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or the consequences of the website or data sources being temporarily unavailable. The parties’ liability under a contract is defined by that contract.
