Cabinet features

Prices, promotions and price history across Ukrainian retail chains in one cabinet. Here is what you see on each screen and what it is for.

De Deshevshe collects prices and promotions from retail chains and, on request, from online stores and marketplaces. The cabinet turns that data into a working tool: from a one-minute market overview to competitor benchmarking, price history, a promotion calendar and discount forecasts.

One dataset

Prices, promotions and history since 2025 for every chain in one place. Everything is collected with the same methodology, so you can compare across chains, brands and periods.

For manufacturers

RRP and pricing-policy compliance across chains, your brand’s position against competitors and facts for buyer negotiations.

For retailers

A clear view of your price position against competitors and a timely response to their promotions.

01

Overview in a minute

The cabinet’s start screen with summary metrics for your selection of chains, brands and products – for today and for the chosen period.

  • Active SKUs broken down by brand
  • How many chains are monitored and connected
  • Share of SKUs on promotion and the average promo discount
  • SKU coverage: how many product × chain pairs have a price
  • Promo share by brand and the average price trend over the period
What you getDaily control of the market on the metrics that matter. Every figure opens the list of items it was calculated from.
02

Price and RRP tracking

The “Price matrix” screen shows every SKU’s price in every chain on the chosen date. Cell colour tells you at a glance how far a price is from the market average – no manual maths. If you share your recommended retail prices, the cabinet shows deviations from RRP for every chain and SKU.

  • Deviation from RRP in UAH and % by chain and SKU, as a daily report
  • Prices for today or for any past snapshot date
  • Four deviation levels: much cheaper, cheaper, more expensive, much more expensive
  • Separate marks for promo prices, outdated (last known) prices and items a chain doesn’t sell
  • Search by name or barcode; hide SKUs without prices
  • Export the matrix to Excel in one click
What you getYou see where a price breaks RRP or the agreed corridor before you talk to the chain, without collecting prices by hand.
03

Competitor analysis

The “Analytics” section compares your brand with the rest of the selection in each chain. Prices can be normalised per kilogram or litre, so 90 g and 200 g packs compare fairly.

  • A brand × chain table: you choose the cut, breakdown and metric
  • Price per kg / l for items with a stated weight or volume
  • Deviation from the rest of the selection in % and the number of SKUs behind each figure
  • Click a cell to see the items behind the number
  • Chains where a competitor is listed and your brand is not
What you getArguments for buyer negotiations, and a clear view of where a competitor wins on price and where on your product’s absence.
04

Promotion monitoring

Promotions get their own section rather than a flag in the price table. You see what is running now, at what discount and until when; the “History” and “Promo activity” tabs show how chains and brands behaved over the period.

  • Regular and promo price, discount in %
  • Date recorded and promotion end date
  • Summary: items on promo, average and deepest discount, how many chains run promos
  • Promotion history and promo activity for the chosen period
  • Promo depth and activity by chain in the “Analytics” section
What you getA promo plan built on facts: when and how deep competitors discount, and whether your promotions overlap with theirs.
05

Price history and trends

We have recorded prices and promotions daily since 2025. History cannot be collected retroactively, and it is what reveals trends, seasonality and competitors’ promo rhythm.

  • A price chart for a product in every chain over the chosen period
  • Compare a single product or a group of products
  • Per-chain summary: first and last price, change in %, minimum and maximum
  • Today’s price spread between chains
  • Export history to Excel/CSV or via the API
What you getYou see how the price moved before and after your increase, and whether a competitor’s current promotion is really deeper than usual.
06

Regional presence

On request we collect data by store address (not available for every chain), so you can see where and in which chains a brand is present, by region and city.

  • Share of a chain’s stores carrying your product
  • Presence compared with competitors
  • Breakdown by region and city
  • A presence table or map
What you getDistribution gaps become visible: cities and chains where the product should be on the shelf but isn’t.
07

Discount forecast

Our own forecasting model, trained on the accumulated price and promotion history, shows when a competitor is most likely to run its next promotion and how deep the discount may be.

  • When to expect a competitor’s next promotion
  • How deep the discount is likely to be
  • The forecast updates as new data arrives
What you getYou can plan your own promotions in advance, taking competitors’ expected promos into account.
