Data
Where does your data come from?
From public sources: every day we update more than 1,000,000 prices across 20+ retail chains. By default we collect the chain-wide price; on request, the price at a specific store address (not available for every chain). On request we also collect data from online stores and marketplaces on your list.
Is it legal to collect prices from retailers’ websites?
We collect only public information – the prices and promotions chains publish for every shopper on their websites. We collect no personal data, never bypass logins or closed sections, and keep request rates moderate so we don’t load the sites. Shoppers see the same data every day on the consumer service de-deshevshe.com.ua.
Do your prices match the shelf prices?
In most cases, yes. But a chain’s online price can differ from the price tag in a specific store because of local promotions or when price tags are updated. We keep the date, time and source of every record so any discrepancy can be checked.
Can you monitor our online competitors?
Yes. Besides retail chains, we monitor online stores and marketplaces on request: you send a list of sites and products, and we collect the price, promotion and, if needed, availability – one-off or on a schedule. Launch timing and format are agreed separately.
Can we monitor RRP compliance?
Yes. You send us your recommended retail prices – as a file or through your account manager – and the cabinet shows deviations from RRP in UAH and % for every chain and SKU. You can also get a daily deviation report by email.
Is the data exclusive?
Data on chains’ public prices is available to all our clients. Your product list, report settings and the results of monitoring done to your order are never shared with other clients.
Onboarding and demo
How quickly does monitoring start? Is there any setup?
For the chains we already cover there is nothing to set up: we collect prices and promotions in 20+ chains and keep history since 2025. After the demo we simply select your products, competitor brands and chains in the cabinet, and you immediately see current prices and the full available history.
We set up separate collection only for what we don’t cover yet – online stores and marketplaces from your list. Launch time depends on the number of sites and products; we give you a date as soon as we have reviewed the list.
How do the demo and onboarding work?
You send a request, we agree on a time and walk you through the cabinet online using your category and chains. Then we agree on the volume and sources, choose a plan, sign the contract and give you access to the cabinet.
Can I sign up on my own?
No, there is no self-signup: we open cabinet access after the demo. First you can get trial access and check the data on your own products; permanent access follows the contract. That way the cabinet shows your products, competitors and chains from day one.
Can several people on our team use the cabinet?
Yes. Every team member gets their own account – category managers, pricing, trade marketing, analysts. The number of users is set in the contract.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at UAH 5,000 per month (Start, up to 50,000 requests) and go up to UAH 18,000 (Pro, up to 400,000 requests); larger volumes are covered by Enterprise on individual terms. One request is 1 SKU × 1 store × 1 collection.
Formats and API
What formats can we get the data in?
In the B2B cabinet (web), as scheduled Excel/CSV files or via the API. The data can be connected to ERP and BI systems.
Is there an API with documentation?
Yes, the API returns prices, promotions, history and stores as JSON. The methods and a sample response are on the “Data and integrations” page.
Can we get alerts and reports automatically?
Yes. Email alerts arrive when a competitor launches a promotion, a price changes or RRP is breached – under conditions you set. Excel/CSV reports are sent on a schedule: daily, weekly or monthly.
Can we connect Power BI or Tableau?
Yes, via the API or scheduled files: the data can be loaded into Power BI, Tableau, other BI tools and your internal systems.
Security
How are my data and cabinet access protected?
Access to the cabinet and API is by personal accounts and keys only. The site and the cabinet run over HTTPS. Personal data is processed under Ukrainian law and our privacy policy.
