1. General
This policy explains how De Deshevshe for Business (“we”) processes the personal data of visitors to this website and of company representatives who send us requests. It applies to the B2B website and the B2B cabinet of the de-deshevshe.com.ua service. For data protection questions, email b2b@de-deshevshe.com.ua.
2. What data we collect
- Data you enter in forms: name, work email, company name and, optionally, phone and the content of your request
- Technical data: cookies, IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and the traffic source (including UTM tags)
3. Why we process it
We use the data to answer your request, arrange a demo, send a sample report, prepare a commercial offer and sign a contract, and to analyse traffic and improve the website. We do not send marketing emails without your separate consent.
4. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep the website working. To analyse traffic and advertising performance the site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads, which set their own cookies. Forms are protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
5. Storage and security
We keep request data for as long as needed to communicate with you and perform the contract, and no longer than the law requires. Only staff who need the data for their work can access it; the website and the cabinet run over a secure HTTPS connection.
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by trusted service providers we work with (hosting, email, request tracking, web analytics) only to the extent needed for these purposes and under confidentiality terms. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where the law expressly requires it.
